"He who postpones the hour of living is like the rustic who waits for the river to run out before he crosses." ~ Horace "Time is a sort of river of passing events, and strong is its current; no sooner is a thing brought to sight than it is swept by and another takes its place, and this too will be swept away." ~ Marcus Aurelius
No, the horizon line isn't titled. ;'] The curve of the river and the foliage alongside create the illusion of a tilt downward on the right. I hope that everyone had a great weekend! -----

Great mood and dramatic skies.
Tom Sawyer for the new millenium! I bet the adventures are no less exciting! The B/W makes this seem like reading a memory, rather than viewing a photo! Thanks for sharing it. BJ

Oh cool! I want to be boating there too. The clouds look ominous but you can outrun them, lol. Great b&w series!
Oh my, fantastic shot of the mouth of the Amazon! Love those ominous clouds and the reflections in the water and rear window! The lady adds a sense of depth to the capture.

Beautiful B&W! I really like the light in the reflections on the water. :)
yes this is wonderful looking . cool work
What a great illusion. I'm glad you captured that, and explained it. It is a little strange seeing the attitude of the boat compared to the horizon. It is usually the other way around, at least on a sailboat. x:)
Wonderful view of a view. :-) Nice contrast.
A good day for boating ? NOT !!! a storm is looming and the God-rays are having their last blast before it hits ! ~Cheers~
