Aright, I've never before uploaded a pure photoshop pic, but here's the first. Now I have worked in photoshop many many times, but have only created a handfull of paintings. This is the only finished one :P I've since learned some techniques to lend digital paintings a more traidional oil on canvas appearance, but as you can see this does not have that. I don't even know wholey what I was going for in this. As the title suggests though the obvious northern man with blonde beard and blue eyes is standing in a palace with columns of lapis lazuli. I wanted an exotic setting yet a more western european face. Anywho, the perspective is off a bit, at least as far as the height of the pillar plinth is concerned, but meh. I like it the way it is.
