Description
Afternoon Moon Rise
Standing in the late afternoon sun I stand my watch as the Moon comes up to portend a new dawning as the double sun will also soon rise, with the Red Dwarf Sun expanding it's dusty red glare.
I created this in Terragen 2 and I used some of my secret recipe textures that sometimes make such a difference in the story. My Hat goes off to both Rich2 and MeltingIce for there help on getting me going in the right direction with TG2. This is work in progress and I am still trying to figure out this Texture mapping, which by the way I am not happy with yet at all, even though I am getting some nice effects here and there, I have no control over how it goes into the terrain and not looking at it through a Camera lens. I have been trying to use the other mapping choices, but as of yet, have not figured the secret to them, or they are not working yet, I have not figured out which yet /looks stupid. ROTFL hahahah lolol but I will /winks. When I get it figured out I will post a good tut I promise, or let everyone know if I find a good Texture Tut that I think answers some of my questions anyway hahahaha. Anyway sorry to be so long winded, but there does seem to be many who are working with Tg2 and trying to figure it all out, so maybe I can help in some small way with my texture skills /smiles... I hope you all enjoy my work in progress.
