Do you have modelled everything in this scene ?? IF you did, wow : Very impressive work... and if you didn't, great scene anyway ;) Perhaps should modify the sky.

Since it's a wip, I would suggest you change the background terrain. It doesn't seem to fit in this scene, I think you need more buildings, or maybe just an alpha plane with a picture of buildings on it. The dog seems too big, and isn't resting on the ground. Love the mood, and the models.
