ok, lame title, i know, but i couldn't come up with one that really expressed what i wanted to say. LOL. this one was an experiment in the postworking - i'm wondering if it's too dark?

I think it's a bit dark, but it still looks great and emotes the mood well. I also like the silhouette of the girl behind him. On the other hand, I also think it would nice to see her face & expression as he leaves her, ya' know?

Very good image and emmotion. you could always call what i say when i have to leave 'Once more, dear friends, into the breach" my wife hates it when i qoute bill so badly, but it works. and it looks like it would work there too.

Great title - a simple title can be powerful, Jaki! It's not too dak, it's a brilliant composition of light and shadow. The silhouette of the lady at the back is very powerful!

I like the dark tone, I think it brings out the stone textures in a way I've rarely seen in a D|S image. A great and very interesting render.
