Description
The Empress is the embodiment of the femenine in the Tarot. While many cards traditionally depict women or have femenine aspects, The Empress IS woman. She is the Maiden, the Mother, the Crone - the Triple Goddess worshiped in Wiccan religion and every aspect of Goddess from pre Judeo-Christian-Islamic cultures of the past. She is Isis, Demeter, Hecate, Astarte, Diana and more.
Often depicted as pregnant (in decks that pre date the Rider-Waite deck which has become the basis for most Tarot decks since), she represents creation. The creation of life, of love, of art and music, of all things Earthly and Spiritual - but also of death, sorrow, loss, etc. She is the balance of life in pure femenine form.

Great render! Quite an impressive card.
Fabulous pic!!!
Lovely work!
Exteremely well done artwork, superior textures and background, strong and confident pose, lovely model & costume, and excellent overall arrangement!!!
Clothing presumably done with a second skin. If so, great work making it look that good.
Excellent image with well balanced colors and textures! Excellent rating! You have really made some excellent pics and love to read the meanings behind them. Even though I have a great teacher. ;}
She is so regal looking and so beautiful. One of my favorites so far. Thank you
