without trees
mountains
like valleys
and oceans
dry
as a desert
blank stories
with a door
leading
into empty
space
my letters
mirrors of madness
my words
reflecting
sentences
losing
all sense
a poem
like a faceless
hooker

Great image, great words!
Not so much about nothingness, I suspect, but rather the spectre of nothingness which looms for us all but only if we fail to affirm life. Well written point of departure for my ruminations. Thanks. Mike
