Nice tires
Here's an inside one. Do the tires have "mines" (little conical stepped holes)so you can see tread wear on slick tread? Building a really compliant tandem is a sexy as a sandal.
Great tire texture, could u explain where to get that or how to make it? Im tired of the plain black tires with spec. Thanks!!
For the tires I used an actual photograph of the tires off of the real aircraft, using photoshop I cut out the side walls. and imported that as my material. From there I selected the sidwall vertices of the 3D model and mapped the material on it using UVWunwrap.
