The character, tones of the image, atmosphere, and clothing items are spectacular! One little tip about the hand: if you're lying down and your hand is bent at the wrist, the fingers will naturally curl inwards when one is relaxed. You did a marvellous job with the position of the breasts; I tried and failed at that. lol Splendid image, just lovely!
