Nice ragged rocks. Although i always feel that your tendency to have thick mists in your renders just hides detail, my personal, humble opinion.

Excellent work as usual. I really like the way you use mist. It creates a realistic atmosphere and sense of distance. I wouldn't change that unless you feel like it. If it feels right it is right and to me the atmosphere of your renders would diminish without the mists. I don't care about hidden details. That's part of what makes it cool. Get details by having closer foreground areas which is often what you do anyway. In this image your eye is drawn to the mysterious partially hidden misty valley in the background. The rock in front of that is more contrasted which enhances the distance. The space around that rock and the overhanging rock in the distance is the focal area of the image. Without the mist, the effect would be ruined. It works very well artistically as is. It is very well composed.

What at first seems basic draws the viewers attention to see the shadows, curves, mist, details....looks ancient...like...in the beginning....excellent work!
