A free work and pure fun to do.
Lately I browsed the Vue galleries at Renderosity, this inspired me that much that I wanted to try Vue (a 3d application) myself again, I did some fun pieces using this program some years ago. The last years I did most of my work digital but didn

awesome image-great work
Absolutely breathtaking...I'm speechless...its gorgeous.
It is yet another remarkable piece of outstanding art from you, no matter what path you chose to take! Sounds like a bit of matte painting with the background, and I think that is very creative and the results are superb. The level of detail and the bold hues really make your work stand out and it's always a pleasure to view no matter what you choose to do! Superb work!
Wonderful composition! *****
Wonderful work. I see the 3D software as being another tool to use in creating art, no different from a paintbrush, just saving a lot of time... The creativity, imagination and vision is still necessary.
Quite keen!
That is truly a masterpiece, Vue or no Vue, even the masters of old usually had a subject they could paint, you don't have that luxury unless of course you happen to have a stunning landscape a knight and dragon handy. Top marks, a beautiful fantasy piece it's awesome.
It's incredible and outstanding, no matter what method you've used!
this is wonderful..could be on the cover of a book or illustration magazine i love it very much
Awesome render.... Zooming in brings those mountains up really close... Can see the fantastic detail that way much clearer... Excellent as always Hugs Susan~
Outstanding and incredible artwork. Amazing work.
Wow! Without looking into your description I wouldn't have recognized that this awesome landscape is is based on a Vue render. I like the way it finally came out very much. Echt klasse Arbeit!!! :)

Amazing composition. Fantastic work!
A great use of an excellent tool Uwe. Great stuff!
Art is art no matter how you arrive at the final piece. This is gorgeous, and how wonderful you found a faster and fun way to create your magic. :o) CC
It is truly stunning Uwe! Wow.
Incredible!
that's lovely, beautiful colors.
I love to combine 2d and 3d art---the computer takes the image you want to make and just does it quicker. It's like having a studio assistant. In the end, the art that is created is still a unmistakable Uwe masterpiece, and here the landscape looks very grand indeed! What a lovely image!
What a wonderful piece along with some interesting narrative on the creative process. Congrats - great accomplishment!!
I cant believe how beautiful it looks! Its fascinating hon... I am in awe!!!!!! Dont stop!

This is excellent work! Noone ever said that one couldn't take a quicky once a while :-) Anyway I couldn't tell the difference, because I think your work are so good that I could believe that you'd paint this one also from the bottom!
