Iron Man has always been one of my favorite heros.And this does him justice(no pun intended)nice.....
Reeeally nice! If you succeed in making it poseable, I guess we'll finally understand how Tony Stark could bend those arms without using junctures :-)

The armor has been through many incarnations over the years -- your design here is pretty good -- very nice modeling work. The way the "arm bending" was explained (in one of Marvel comics' Hero Encylopedias ) was that the armor is a fibrous alloy weave that is "hardened" moment to moment by micro-magnetic fields that constantly reshape according to the wearer's position and muscle movements.
Its amazing!!! I really like this classic Iron Man. You should check the Civil War armor!!! Awesome job!!!
