Dlg-> Nice image, only things issue's I see are the eye's and hand posing!! Might be from the cartoon look but not sure...

DLG, Such a pretty character and I love the background. Since you do use PSP you can soften her edges by doing a "Glausian Blur around 1.9, then use Paint Daubs to 1x1. Im suggesting this just due to some sharp edges around her skin.....Shannon ;}
DLG- - -> I really like this and for one of the first times ever I must disagree with Shannon. Softening the edges would take the personality out of this scene and probably make it look too bland. It's beautiful and unique as it is.
