Description
The water level of the Sinagua Resevoir continues to recede year after year as a result of continued drought leaving behind sand and calcification. Soon, Nature will have it's desert back again.

Indeed this is a stunning render to say the least! AWESOME WORK! Thanks for sharing! :)
Mother Nature always wins in the end! Fabulous work Bob!
Such a beautiful terrain Bob... the POV and those surfaces are superb. Love the slight rusty sand interspersed throughout. Excellent skywork...
This looks exactly as you described it. Love the colour of the water and the distort by terrain effect on the water - its just so realistic. The colours of the surfacing are also spot on - excellent pov and atmo for this piece. Just wonderful!
Thanks to all of you for taking the time to visit here and for your comments. I plan to create a companion for this image with a different point of view soon.
Superbly lighted landscape, wonderful stuff as always! (I'm late with my comment, just back from Istanbul).
great terrain and I love the colors you used...wonderful surfaces too...awesome image Bob, and food for thought...
Fantastic light again, Bob. Superbe.
OUTSTANDING!!
lighting here is the winner, though it is pretty much neck and neck between all aspects, with the surfaces coming second!

Uno spettacolo eccezionele!
