Think I might be getting back into photomerging, at least for now. This one really takes me back; in the beginning I was just doing it for fun, then I started to get a little stuffy about my work, and then I hit that huge dry spell from a little while back. Now that I seem to be getting over that, I've lost any stuffiness I had before and am back to doing photomerges for fun. I had alot of fun doing this one and hopefully there will be more. Also, yesterday I saw a Rotifer (a kind of microscopic creature) give birth. Mom was cleaning algea out of the fish tank and decided to look at some of the water under a microscope, and the second bit of water we looked at had a pregnant Rotifer in it. It was both awesome and really weird -- you could see the baby wriggling around inside, and then it came out like a giant turd. Coolest thing I've seen in months, maybe years. Big thanks to nahhan, DawnAllynn and jazza for their original photos, which you can see here: Human [whoops, link's gone now] Candle Seagull Good of you to stop by. See you all later! EDIT: i shouldn't be making assumptions about gender identities. i apologize. edited to fix that.
