Great looking character and outfit nicely done render ^^
My advice would be to pump up your lighting. Most of the images in your gallery are generally dark and flat with actually being evocative of any mood. "New Sheriff in Town" and some of your recent face studies pack a little more punch. I'm not suggesting you over-light everything but think about adding a point light or a spot where you want the viewers eyes to focus. The character here is decently sculpted but her gun thigh takes focus over her face. Just an opinion. cheers
