Description
Ned Cunningham teaches the limestone carving tools at the Indiana Limestone Sculpture Symposium in 2001. I found this fisheye lens photo today. Carving limestone is a real joy! You can sign up at http://www.artlives.org/limestone06.html and try it yourself! Once you carve something in stone, it's going to be around for awhile. I carved an artichoke and address marker!

Superb!
excellent marker that you made and a cool effect with the fisheye here :) I wanted to carve in wood at one time but never got into it seriously. Limestone sounds interesting.
Very cool!! Some day....I have some pipestone, I need to work with that first.
My eyes are bulging.... It might be interesting to "square this up" with the spherize filter, set to, oh, -99%? But what about that bacon-wrapped aparagus bundle?
Super work!!!
Looks like a commencing of a great party. I congratulate your bravery taking on the "real substance"!!
