Description
Finally I heard a voice calling my name. Whew! Terry was right above the lava that was pouring out of the ground. With his red shorts, its difficult to spot him, lol. With the smoke and heat, I wasn't able to get a good clear camera shot from where I was. From my last post "Tense Moments" , the wind did change direction again, blowing away from the forest keeping the fire from gaining strength. Everything is kept in mind and common sense is not enough when walking in this dangerous area. I gave Terry a few minutes and called him back down as my own body aches started to rebel against me. Hats off to Terry as he knows more, seen more and done more than most people in Hawaii when it comes to "Walking the Lava Fields". A few more lava close up shots before this Moonlite Walk series ends. Aloha and thank you for viewing.......

Wow thats just such a scary shot here, wow.
This is a lousy shot but it was just to let everyone know that Terry was safe.... He is standing right above the lava tube...(no no no no no no..red flag!...)

Wonderful series, but to tell the truth, I have worried about the common sense. You take such chances and I am not one for placing oneself in harms way. You have certainly shown some outstanding work. Great Job. HUGS!!
