Both are fabulous. I like how the black background makes the reds and blues seem so vivid, almost like wet paint but I think I prefer the white. Still, there is something about the black one with it's bold statements ... but then there is the softness to the white one ... I can't decide. They are both, in their own unique way, outstanding. Excellent work.
How fascinating how our tastes all differ, as you might guess I prefer the white background. It is an amazing illustration at how the colour of the background influences the look of an image. Well done Richard :O)

Very creative! Personal favorite: The bottom one with the white background because it brings out the pastel colors much more and not just the very bright ones like the red.

Yes I also go with black a background for most things the white is pretty also and if one were to hang it on a wall a red wall! wow! love them both very creative richard
