Description
I took this to the SE of Las Vegas on my last trip there. I have no idea what the purpose of all this digging is ,but do think someone has a deep pocketbook that can afford heavy equipment and fuel
thanks for your response on my poser post yesterday, but thanks to Ute for making products that can make Poser illiterate people like me look like they know something

I think theyre building a giant outdoor pool-area or something. Excellent airal-shot Richard. Either you got placed next to a very clean window or you did some cleaning yourself later on. #:o)

Mining??? Excellent shot Richard. Somethings going on there, hmmmmmmmm
So interesting... big holes indeed.
Funny how small it is and how many people go there every day !! I remember , the last time I was there , it was small and really not as clean a town as it looks on TV...LOL... Great capture !!~BRAVO~!!
fantastic shot ... after all these years, I'm still trying to figure out what the great attraction of Las Vegas is. When I was a kid I'd collect fireflies and put them in a jar. They looked beautiful at night. But by morning all I had (before I released them) was a jar of bugs. That's how I feel about Las Vegas. Well done!
It looks like a modern American crop circle! LOL Excellent and fascinating bird's eye view! Bravo!!! It must be an excavation in the earth for the purpose of digging out certain substances! Maybe they search for a meteorite! LOL
No doubt the ground work for another casino. Excellent photo!
Super find and capture, Richard. Happy hugs. Di.

Great shot of some really huge project. You will have to go there again next year and take another shot of this area. Maybe then we can figure out what this is.
Great capture, keep it for the record, it may be interesting to look back when it starts mushrooming and the secret is out.
Wow, when you find out, please let us know what all the excavating was for.
Excellent work as always!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It does not look like Groom Lake but maybe it is Bride Beach? True, most of us have no head for business when it comes to raw land.
