The 'TS' episode moved on to its logical, if not idiotic, conclusion. Rufus, uncovered from his hiding place in the papa-san, glommed onto the Landshark which had swallowed the Taz head. Mable watches in amazement as His Foolishness is hoisted into the air.

Active pets? Yes... if they feel like it. As they age, they tend to sleep 30-35 hours per day and cannot be woken even when being carried around and put into a new place to nap. Several times we've picked up a sleeping fuzzbutt and wondered if it was still alive. The bones melt.
When younger, there is just about nothing that is unexpected.
