Hours of trekking through ankle deep water over slippery stone floors, and suddenly they were inside the inner chamber of the temple complex. Feeling around the walls and over the moss covered relief carvings in the gloomy half light, Daniels found a lever and pulled it. With a dull grinding sound the secret chamber opened to reveal the long lost Golden Buddha of Salangorak...
