Description
With a cooldown rate of 37 time units for the Siege Tank with strike damage of 30, and a cooldown of only 22 time units for the Photon Canon with strike damage of 20, it would appear that Protoss has the advantage over Terran here

Cool sci fi scene. Like the tanks with the photon canons. Your winter terrain looks very convincing in addition to the sky. I'm really impressed by the hazy effect (the glow on the lights) that makes the air seem so much colder. I'm not familiar with Universe Image Creator.
