Description

Sea of Souls How many lives gone by Have wept into the sea of our souls Crestfallen children Mortified mothers Forsaken fathers. Scry into those turbulent depths Witness the frantic writhing of our drowning souls How much deeper need this sea become How many more tears will have to be shed Before we are released from our watery dungeon. By: John aka WeeLaddie John wrote this poem last night after viewing my last image.... I felt it should have a different image to add it to. It touched me deeply.... Thank you John ... ~~~~~ Terrain, atmosphere, water and surfacing are mine. Terrain created in Geo Control. Slight contrasting. Frame, sig, Poly and Gon added in PSP 9. The colours/tones of your scene compliment the words beautifully. The sky as always is expertly done, and the water has just the right amount of stillness for "reflection". Well done, Pat.

Put your hand on the top half of picture, what do you have left? Half the screen covered in water. Seen it before haven't you in countless other images. Actually this is very much like an image I did a few years ago in Terragen which I printed out because I thought it was good, indeed it does have certain qualities, a certain mood, but at the end of the day it's yet another "Half the screen covered in water".
