Description
This one is for ShirleysShowcase. She lives somewhere in the southwestern US and has been on the lookout for a horned toad to photograph for me. Unsuccessful so far but we hold out hope for one someday.
I hope I captured the feel of the southwest even though the image is fairly simple. More detail seemed to clutter it so I went with smooth lines.

Magnificent desert! Gorgeous work!!!
Cool. Excellent job on the desert. Those wolves look like they could do with a Big Gulp right about now.
Awsome scenic! I hope they find something soon, I can't spot anything very appetising. ;]
I can almost hear the whistling song from Clint Eastwood's movies. Oh give me a home....you know the rest. Awesome image!
Beautiful posing on the coyotes, and that sky, is that Bryce? Impressive!
Fantastic composition..Superb scene! Stunning work Nancy! :)
Reminds me of Castaneda I read years ago. Nicely done Nancy!!!
The one bringing up the rear looks very coyote. Simple, persuasive, elegantly done. I have seen coyote out in noon time desert--last one was in fact making a beeline at full speed ahead....'Course another time I saw one of what they call them jack rabbits, me bending down low to look on the other side of some mesquite. Only saw the feet. Holy Turpentine, thought it was a small deer....
Superb work my friend !
Beautiful image Nancy !!! ... Antonio.
This is a fine stretch of landscpe that you have put together.
You've nicely recreated the desert region of southwestern USA....
love it-great scene
This is very well done, being born in EL Paso, TX this so reminds me of the desert. Clean and on the prowl, awesome!!!! -=FAV=-

Nice image and great capture of some of the Southwestern regions I've seen on my travels. Excellent work!!!!!
I like your desert scene (I tried too and know its difficult) and the colour of the sand is very realistic. Excellent render.
