Description
Another one of those lovely blue damselflies; this time I was lucky enough to get some dew drops in the shot, too.
All that's been done to this (aside from the usual brightness/contrast adjustment, resizing and framing I do with all my photos) is a slight blurring and then film-graining of the background to get rid of some odious JPEG choppiness. By accident (I was using the magic wand tool) I also selected the very edges of the leaf, so when I blurred the background it also gave the leaf edges sort of a soft glow. I'm glad it happened, cuz I never would've thought of that myself. Anyway I hope you enjoy.
