Description
I could say many things here, including 'Self-portrait'. But I guess everyone feels like a corn plant in a bean field at one time or other. There are some, however, who will never fit in, and some of those revel in it! Hurrah for them, I say, Hurrah for them!
Thanks for looking!
Ken

Hmmmmmm.... you know it took me a lot of years to find the bean field I wanted to stand out in. This is not a good self portrait for me though.... there are two standing out in ours. AIN'T LIFE GRAND BEING DIFFERENT TOGETHER DEARSET.
Indeed it is, Bunny!
excellent image well done
Hurrah indeed Ken!! Those who swim upstream may have a rough go of it, but they will see and do things the sheep can only dream of!!!
Excellent capture, Ken. Your words are so true!! :)
oh my stars! This is too much! I can't say enough about how much I love this. Guess this proves we are both children of the '60s - oops, let the cat out of the bag, huh? Great artistic rendition of life on the edge!
Great a plant wid attitude ! who wants to be a sheep (cannon fodder) ? NOT ME, net capture Ken cheers
ROTFL!!! I had fields behind me for 18 years. Two years ago they started building houses in the field, but I remember seeing scenes like this one. Always a corn plant popping up in the bean field but the deer seemed to always chew them down. Excellent capture!!
vey good shot of the long ranger here. love it
If your not living on the edge your taking up to much room in the box!!! Gotta love it ;-]
Interesting words...it makes me wonder, what I not know what or how... I love this image. I love the farm land. It brings me back to my hunting ground and my love of nature.. I was in my gallery at my 1st post and noticed I had all but forgooten you...sorry. Good day. :)
Where would we be without the "one in a thousand" who are different? Keep on doing what you do best, Ken!
I think the best part of this one is the choice of title. I have a lot of respect for that corn stalk.
