Description
So yeah! It's been a while, mainly been working, working and then working some more. Finding it hard lately as it's just SO damn hot, means I can't work during the day because the CPU's in danger of overheating. Even with my mega fan array.
And less importantly, I'm in danger of overheating. Maybe I can buy an internal fan for myself. Ebay anyone?
Anyways, the picture.
I've been playing DOTA (Defence of the Ancients) rather a lot lately, it's a WoW (old WoW) thing and dear sweet baby Jesus it's addictive. It's a pretty simple game, as games go, but it's so much fun and there are soooo many heros to learn how to play.
Rylai Crestfall ~ The Crystal Maiden was the first hero I played and still remains one of my favourites. I always prefer playing ranged characters and by george I do like teh magicks. She's pretty damn ugly in the game, oh the limitations of pixels, but I thought I'd attempt to do her justice in 3D form because she's cool and I like her.
This is a mixture of Poser & Bryce with a truckload of postwork to sort out those nasty Poser joint issues.
If I get the time I'll probably end up doing Lina Inverse as she's fire based and would make a nice opposite to Rylai. If I get really carried away (distinct possiblity) I'll even give Akasha a go. Maybe Krobelus and Mercurial as well.
I won't, however, do Luna because she rides a pygmy hippo. Although I think that's incredibly cool and I wouldn't mind riding a pygmy hippo myself it'd look a bit silly really.
Actually, I'm not sure it is a hippo but it bloody well looks like one to me.

Yup she looks cool all right. Would like to see more of you're 2D work though. Have you ever tried using liquid nitrogen to cool off? Do a google search to see who sells LN in your area.
