besides beef, pork, lamb or goat; you have camel, ostrich and crocodile served at the Safari Park Hotel in Nairobi, Kenya. i found the camel tough, the crocodile fishy and ostrich the best meat i've ever eaten and went back for seconds and thirds.

Oh man you're makin me hungry Gary! I've tried ostrich & goat, both are quite tasty but not camel or crocodile. Does Garfish count? LOL :)
i forgot they also had chicken at this place. the ostrich was better than chicken and was even more tender than, with a texture and flavor of fillet mignon.
