Handsome little guy, isn't he! lol Gosh Richard, you got so close, or you have a very steady shutter finger! Excellent Sir! Steve :o)
free hand by the way and it maybe 1" long total
Richard, this so cool looking like an alien... What an amazing place we live in, many a smaller universe and likely many larger. Excellent graphic here, I love your photographs, indeed all of your artwork! You would seem to be the Multi- talented Renisance man!!! You didn't bite this little dude did ya, or was that not what ya meant by spotting? [lol]
Nice close-up shot Richard. Love the colours :)
This is so cute!! Next time I decide to swat one from my tomatoe plant I bet I think of this pic and leave it be!! Awesome closeup !!!
What a magnific shot Richard! you have a great talent in photogr. Bravo! :)
Great macro work..freehand..I'm impressed..like the glowie colors..
Love the shot and this guy does have a cool detached look about him that I find appealing in an insect. Very nice work.
Very good work on insect .. even though i dont like them eeeeeeeck lols

Eeeew!!! What a nasty little fellow. Impressive macro though, with amazing DOF. Excellent work Richard. Have a great weekend. #:O)
Is it a grasshopper? Excellent close up Richard, I love the details......
Nasty looking thing! But very nice soft colours to it and excellent DOF :)
A excellent and impressive macro my friend.....!!!!
He'll just have to remember you in his short lifetime and pass on your image to his offspring as he has no camera.
Very nice my friend!! He looks kind of scary! HEE HEE
WOWWWWWWWW! hehehe :) nice shot my friend... And he/she posed for you as well.. interesting eh!.. Not question... How come you managed to take that shot with the sigma 105MM Macro used with canon camera! I know they come almost for all cameras.. But that is not my question.. Why sigma! Specially with that Zeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeth mechanism sound in the time of focusing.. and it is slow as hell tho! :)) Ain't i right..? but finally you caught it and that is what important.. Love it.. And thank you and wish you happy weekend..oh! btw.. For about US.$139.00 you can get the EF-25 Tube Extention and it will magnify the shot upto 1.4X ;) attach it to your EOS and then your Sigma.. It will amaze you for sure.. and will make it equal to 185MM Macro lens ;) Sigh.. JOE
