See the little (long) tongue? It was hanging out the entire time of our 'photo-shoot' :) Thought I'd add him to my collection ...
Thanks for stopping by .. and for all your comments, etc ... :)!!

Now that is serious attitude! Maybe it was panting, what it a hot day? ;^P Super focus on the eye, and vibrant color all around. I like the way you broke through the border as well.
Excellent macro, ShariLyn ! Wonderful presentation : i seriously have to learn how to do this "through_the_border"... Hugs :~)
Super the way you constructed the border with the overlapping wings - agree with Kort.
a masterpiece of bugdom!
Well, that's kinda rude for a model to be sticking its tongue out at you the whole time! But I guess even a rude buttie can make a great shot.
Excellent macro and beautiful presentation !!! Bravo :)
Hehe You are right. he really has attitude :-) Great shot.
Actually he looks a little tipsy, with one antenna up and the other down. What did you give him before the shoot? LOL
Very nice picture and very good use of Photoshop!
