Really nice. The helmet looks a bit off though, it seems to have the same specularity as the skin of your character. Have you tried adding a pale blue colour to the specular channel of the skin texture? And maybe a slight reflection map for the helmet? Just my opinions of course. Very cool composition, it has a menacing feel to it. What might help with the atmosphere is if you create 3 layer copies of the image in photoshop. Add gaussian blur (3 pixels) to the bottom layer, gaussian blur (1.5 pixels) to the middle layer and leave the top layer as it is. Then 50% opacity top layer and 50% opacity to the middle layer and leave the opacity at 100% for the bottom layer. Once again, this is only IMHO. Top work mate.

The comedy version of this one would be having the shadow cast in the background by a small hobbit the size of her foot. More light cast on her might pick her out more but otherwise it looks just fine.
