Description
After naming this picture, the Beach Boys began playing in my head. That was last night. I woke up to 'Little Ole Lady from Pasadena' still playing. I'm sure it will play over and over and over .. all .. day .. long. Ahhhhh!
Anyway, this is a little red bug for sure; no idea what it is; again, my camera continuously opens the world up to me and I'm always discovering new things. Any Ideas here? I could google it, but I'll probably just get lyrics.
Have a super SATURDAY .... (not Sunday lol)
And .. thanks for swingin' by. :)

ah...i know that bug well....it's called "little red bug" :) neat image and framing
Thats what i love about macro-photography. Bugs and insects ive found to be gross and disgusting all my life, all of a sudden appear fascinating and beautiful when looking at them through my lens. Excellent macro Shari, and perfectly framed. Have a wonderful day. #:O)
It's a good day to post reddish colored bugs. Yours has spots, lol. Isn't it an amazing adventure to find and photograph natures little creatures? Good find.
Now it's playing in my head, too. Adorable!
Ha Now that song is in my head Great image sweetie... I love it Hugs Susan~
Besides the color of the bug, I like the composition as well.
Great colors, great job with that feeler and wonderfull collection of pictures.
thanx a lot for the lot of comments! :-) i like Your macros very much. You present the insects in a very atmospheric and natural way. good use of light, well composed and very effective by "reducing" color. and i like the way, You sometimes use to "break" the frame...
