Well, well, well... normally three holes in the ground... but in this case a new gallery format... hmmmmm... mixed emotions... who's gonna double click and view the image at full size anyway??, with the slowness of Rendo... nobody.
It takes three picks now to get to the final image, and then I never know if you commented or not unless I view my own image again... and again. I'm gonna spend most of my time going back to my images to see if you did, rather than viewing your images... and commenting. Is this sensible???
However... after reviewing my purchases today from Rendo... 574 of them in fact at say $10 a piece... wow no wonder I'm broke and I post every day, got to get through all this product. You'd think more merchants would send me stuff to promote, rather than wait for me to buy it and then never use it...LOL
Oh and Happy Birthday to me for the 15th... thanks everyone for remebering... LOL

Well I for one think the new format of the galleries are awesome!! Just customise the colours and all is good! To comment on your picture, I would have to say that I really, really dig your lighting! What was this rendered in? I feel the background may be slightly too blury, but that could be me! Other than that an Excellent piece of work! -FAV-

Agree about the 3 clicks issue - if I click on a thumb, its because I want to see the image at full size - not a mid size / quality stepping stone...??? In my opinion the new gallery format looks great but... Ther is always some but :) I must agree with You about viewing own images to see if there are some new comments even thoug I have my mail program running all the time and when a new comments are posted I get notifications but it would be nice to see how many comments and how many views are on the specific image... Anyway great render :) Nice light and as always great idea :) And one more thing HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!
Personally, I do like the new look, but I'm very unhappy about not getting the full image on the main image page. I've got a big screen, and I love seeing your artwork at full-size, Deane. I'm also not too fond of the idea of my own work being shrunk to fit Rendo's expectations of screen-size. But as for this one image, the sea and sky work very well. Good lighting for that on-the-beach feel.

A precious scene of vacations!. I like much!!. I, prefer to see them in great because in small, the details are not appraised;). It is truth, that now, the gallery goes very slow but, we hope that soon it is solved. Happy birthday to you!!!!! Hugs!
Boy...and I thought I had lots of stuff I'd purchased and not used yet. Even with your having way more images here than me, I'd say you still probably have me beat! lol. Know the feeling though. Do we still get the comment e-bots? At least then you'd know if somebody had posted a comment. shrug I'm sure it'll get better eventually knock on wood Anyway, remind me not to tick off whoever knows she's a hitwoman! Looks great!

I'm not happy with the new galleries and the floating box you get every time you put the cursor over a thumbnail is terrible. You and the other artists have vanished from my favourite artists list and my fav images have also gone:( The zoom option is a waste of time and the site still runs as slow as a Reliant three wheel car on a downward slope! I have to say that unless things improve here I might try and find another site to show my work. Anyway, that's enough of me moaning - I'm a miserable old sod today - this gallery has really got to me. This piece of art has cheered me up though and I wish I were there with her. Cheers Deane, keep up the great work.
Interesting beach wear, is that a 57 k or what, water looks shallow and the fish are just waiting to be shot, better than hanging around for the string thing, pretty cool fence. lol great lighting HBD
