One of the saddest news stories I ever heard was of a woman who had twin babies, couldn't feed them both and had to decide which one she would not feed. We in America have it easy. Do you know who Harry Chapin was? He was very involved in trying to end hunger. He wrote one of the saddest songs I've ever heard. I don't listen to it often. It is too wrenching. It is called "The Shortest Story" This a good expression of the magnitude of pain and hardship suffered by so many in this world.
