Somedays are better than others. We forget we have friends and family that are there for us. We even tend to forget that God is always there. Depression is not a fun thing. It takes a lot of energy from us. Everything we do feels like we are all torn in pieces or even worthless. Hence the name of the image. Although I describe depression to some extent, the image also shows that something holds us together. We have our families who stay by oursides and give us comfort. We have friends who give us strength. And we have a God who loves us unconditonally. This is what keeps us from totally being torn to pieces. I want those who deal with these feelings to know you are not alone. It does not have to be this way. Their are those who love you and those grey clouds will go away (hopefully soon).
