I don't know what you think of it but this is normal behaviour for baboons.
Watch the mother that is fly picked and the baby under her arms.

EEEEEWWWWWWWWWW! My hair looked like this today. No wonder people were startled and looked away so fast. Guess a little personal grooming would help me a lot. Will be looking for a baboon of my own someday....maybe! lol!!! hugs!!!
