Nahimana Peace Chief is the officer in charge of the Orien's Belt SWAT team. After off-loading a lot of agricultural machinery at Crammer IV in the Delphi Star System, they have been plagued by an infestation of nasty aliens. It's been a rough campaign on both the aliens, who are crafty but not especially sentient, and her own team. In fact, only she and this one last critter are left. Two other crew persons have been shredded by the aliens rampage through the ship along with the other four members of her team. The remaining 23 crew have been locked in their own quarters for the past three ship's days. Nahimana knows the critter is in the passageway. She also was pretty sure it didn't realize where she was. She was waiting for it to step into the room, so she could blast it with her 50 caliber smart bullet, when Captain Talbott's damn dog showed up from God knows where and started barking. The alien may be stupid, but it was intelligent enough to know that Sparky would not be so brave unless a human was somewhere close by. Well, no helping it now. Here goes nothing! Nahimana thought as she turned to step toward the entryway and fire. Credits: Same as for last posting. Thanks for looking! Jeremy
