Description
Hello all
Three pelicans at Balboa park . They were all turned exactly the same and it caught my eye .. but then as I snapped this shot the middle guy turned back and looked at me as i gotten up fairly close .. shot just this just before they took off they are not like the ducks and geese that are more socially acceptable of people.
That day there were alot of pelicans there
now you go to the park and they are nearly gone . I wonder where they all went to!!? its funny how birds come and go and migrate . It makes me wonder if they have a set pattern or is it random?
Have been suffering from a bad tooth /back molar here. Going to the dentist on Tues but have to wait till then. Been resting and trying to deal with severe pain as I have ignored it far to long. I am one of those that ignores the obvious sometimes (the dentist) as long as possible LOL.
So behind on here again But know I

LOL And the minute you get to the dentist it will stop hurting!I wonder if dentist's spouses ever get toothaches,lol....Anyway,sorry to hear about your tooth, but this shot is great Kimmie! What a wonderful capture!Bravo for you!-M :^)
Oh they look quite comical what a shot you have an eye for stuff like this well done and get better soon V Cathy xoxoxo
I can just see one of them with his hands over his eyes, another with his hands over his ears and the third with his hands over his mouth - if only they had hands.
A perfect shot and it would have been hard to get them to line up like that.
Ohhhhhhhhhhhh such a lovely capture!!!!! 3 on the line:))
Excellent capture. Really fabulous. Three pelicans in a row. WOW. I have never seen a white Pelican. I lived in the Bay Area and used to go to Pelican beach but all they had were tons of darkish pelicans. I dont think I realized they could be white. Fabulous work. Excellent. V

What a jaunty trio they are! Just love that one in the middle. What a wonderfully whimsical capture. A charmer as always, my dear. Hope the trip to the dentist has improved things, and you're feeling better. Big hugs~~~~and a VOTE

wow...reminds me of the 3 Stooges!! What a capture. :0)
Thus is a really great shot, maybe the reason they didn't come back is because of the "poparazzi" : ) hope your tooth is better, take care..
Perfect composition and beautiful scene! Lovely!
