too much red. Try green or blue because it's soothing to the eyes.

maybe move her head round a touch? she looks a little uncomfortable..?! I like the reflections and 'depth' you have achieved. (i wont ask for her number :o) !).....although if she's not doing anything over the weekend? ;0)
