Description
On Sundays i going to try to post something of Religious/spiritual. I know halve the world is on Sunday and the other halve is on Monday. Some churchs meet on Saturday also. So just remember this is my day with the Lord or the day I worship. I will also respect your day and time too.
This was taken at the Acadian Village. Some may remember the church with the sun on it and the water refling too. As far as i remember the church was made around 1850 by the Acadian people that moved to south Louisiana.
thank you all

The glass is so lovely! It makes for heavenly light on Jesus!
I just thought of something really irreverent, LOL... and on Good Friday, too! (Shame on me!) This is just a super image, Jock! This church building is obviously very old, but I'll bet that window was added sometime between 1900-1920 (or later). A beautiful example of the Craftsman movement style, in any case.
That's a beautiful photo in that soft light like no other than stained glass.
Excellent capture of the lighting and mood. Not easy to get good stained glass images. Well done.
