I had given some food to these geese and I knew the gander was walking toward me but I kept shooting. anyway I felt him trying to take a bite of my dirty work shoe, luckily that was all he wanted. the small picture does not really show how close he was and how large he is

Yeah, they can be mean little suckers. lol. I got bitten by a goose or gander when I was little. All I was doing was feeding it. I was sooooo upset that it bit me. lol. Now I know better. When they start coming towards you, run for the hills. lol. Excellent images and lotsa fun !!!

We have so many Canadian geese here in Michigan that our village has a goose roundup every year. The DNR ships them to another state, poor geese! Excellent shots!
