Description
"The Dolphins" sculptor, James Bottoms created two idenical fountains, one in Puerto Vallarta and one in Santa Barbara, California to symbolize the friendship and brotherhood between these sister cities. this one in Puerto Vallarta is located next to the "Los Arcos Amphitheater" on the Malecon in the El Centro district of the city.
