Description
Just across the street from the three churches we see... new construction, remodelling, renovating? Not sure, but it seems to be all the above. Lots of this sort of work going on. Old buildings are torn down, but the replacements look much like the style of the originals. Sometimes elements of the original building are retained, and sometimes the whole building is rehabbed... The end result is that the neighborhood does not really change.
Where there were rowhomes, there are still rowhomes, but they may now be offices... or homes.
You can see some of the original buildings to the left and compare them with the newer row sporting the banner. Check the basement levels... some of those seem to be original work.
The effect is that the neighborhood is still personal and not just glass and steel. I like it.
Enjoy; thanks for viewing.
One more for this mini-tour and then something a bit more..... 'eclectic.' Yes, I think so.

Excellent shot. Beautiful light and fantastic POV!!
Terrific capture of these rowhomes! Offices or houses, it's hard to see but it certainly shows unity in architecture! :)
I like the perspective in this shot. Where in St. Paul? :0)
it does have a personality doesn't it?
