The terrain is really good, but the city looks a bit repetitive. I would add a bit of ambient light, because I think the shadows look to dark.
I think I agree with Blue Ice2 above perhaps a little to repetitive....Perhaps a little more variation on the design of some of them....
Love the way the architecture works with the terrain - well done
