Description
My sis-in-law was begging for a Celtic image, so I did this one for her...and me as well, since I love anything Celtic. The background didn't really come out the way I wanted (non-blurry) and I couldn't quite get the shadowing the way I wanted (I ended up adding a drop shadow in PSP), but otherwise I think she turned out pretty good.
