Got one just like it, accept mine's a Rode NT2. I don't mind the sign, but may be would like to have see just a slight reflection to the surface. Well done.

I think the 'on the air' sign is very nice, it really makes a great composition and prevents this from becoming just a model render. The only thing that seems out of place is the black wires on the mic. I think maybe a bit of specularity would make them look less cartoonish? Nonetheless, great image!
