Photographed in the province of Sakhon Nakorn, in northeastern Thailand.
Sometimes there are scenes that are just so overpowering and quiet at the same time. There is a very palpable stillness here that is overwhelming. I am humbled by scenes like these.

The colors are tremendous, we have moods like that on color and lighting sometimes in germany in autumn
I want to be there to experience things like this. There is no overpowering scenes in my life but that of asphault and man made scenery, except for a drive to the mountains and even they, at this time, are cluttered with SUV's loaded down with skis and other assorted winter sports gear. Beautiful!!
