Description
This is part of the Noorpur Fort which is
actually submerged into the ground probably
after an earthquake. I had actually captured
this image in May, 2005. Since then there
was a major Earthquake in the Himalayan Ranges
and it seems most part of the remaining Ruins
have collapsed. The extent of damage I will
know probably only next year when I might visit
it, cause this year I do not think I will be
able to make it.
Wishing you all a Happy Weekend.

It's too bad these historical works get damaged due to Nature. But, that is the circle of life, is it not? Beautiful capture! Make sure you keep all of these shots. They may be needed someday to explain stories to the world!
A most beautiful fort!!!! It would be interesting to find out if it was damaged in the quake? Glad you got the shot beforehand!!!!! excellent Raj!!!!!!!
