About:
------
I got an email asking whether I could make a different render of an existing image of mine (abstract-003c) so that the camera would be pulled back and show more of the scene.
Unfortunately my abstract scenes aren't that flexible.
For example, "abstract-003c" was constructed from 3 cubes & an encompassing sphere, (not to mention a light of course).
The way my abstracts obtain the look of depth and space is from reflections, lighting, and colours/MATs (your eye is fooled). Any rescaling or positioning of the elements leads to the image changing so that it looks quite unlike the original.
So I was playing around seeing what I could do but feeling I wasn't getting much anywhere from the rescaling I did, I then decided anyway to wander around the scene with the camera. - This image is the result. :-D
I call this one "Vertigo" because that's how I feel when looking at it and I couldn't have it as my desktop wallpaper (although that's what it's intended to be) because I simply kept feeling a bit woozy. :-P
Anyway, it looks kinda nice and I thought I'd share this one for those of you who may not be as wimpy as myself. - LOL!
Z.
